Louros Beach

Louros Beach is a secluded coastal area situated between the settlements of Agios Georgios (near Agia Galini) and Agios Pavlos in southern Crete. This rocky terrain features several small stony beaches, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling and spear fishing. The drive along the coast offers great views of the two islets, Paximadia. \n\rNotable beaches in this area include Armenopetra, named after a solitary boulder in the sea, and Prasonisi, known for its calm sea and family-friendly atmosphere. Another beach, Aniforas (also known as Vigdolidi), is located near an impressive rocky cape and is accessed via a short, challenging path.
