Martsalo Beach

A picturesque, unique and pristine beach in southern Heraklion, Crete. The small cove is magnificent for its beauty with the steep rock walls and the crystal clear waters. The beach is natural, with sand and pebbles, and has only rock shade and no shops or any sign of the modern world. You can reach the beach by boat from Matala, Kali Limenes or Agia Galini.
